SEO Friendly Content Manager
Posted by Christina on Feb 22nd, 2010
We started learning SEO nearly 3 years ago.
Fortunately our web designer David is fantastic at coding, and was able to implement the SEO requirements into our content manager system.
I am able to create unique title tags, page descriptions, keywords and content for each page without having to go through the web developer.
It has been made so easy; I can view the page I'm working on and click on a small button which takes me to a content editor so I know I'm changing the right page.
All of our clients who have had websites designed by us also have our content manager, which I use for SEO purposes.
Now I am starting to work with new clients with their own content managers, I've realised I've been spoilt. I constantly come up against a brick wall because their content manager can not deal with the changes required. I often have to stop myself spluttering on the phone "What do you mean it can't do it".
Has anyone else found content managers that deal really well with Search Engine Optimisation, I would be interested to hear from you.
