Burnetts of Essex, was in need of a user friendly redesign having used a single landing page design allowing customers to fill in forms to book their journeys.
The Challenge
Burnetts of Essex relied on a single, landing page to capture leads and allow their customers to fill in forms. This page was becoming outdated as it lacked information depth, a clear call to action, and a user-friendly experience.A multi-page website was designed with the following features:
- Homepage: A visually appealing homepage with a hero image showcasing luxurious cars, along with a clear value proposition and a prominent call to action (e.g., "Get a Quote").
- Vehicles and Travel Pages: Detailed information on car hire options, pricing structures, and specialty services.
- About Us Page: Company history, safety protocols, and any awards or certifications.
- Testimonials Page: Positive customer reviews and ratings to build trust.
- FAQ Page: Answers to frequently asked questions about booking, car types, payment methods, etc.
