What's the difference between POP and IMAP?
POP - Connects to the client server and downloads all of your new messages to a single device, and then deletes the mail from the server. Great if you prefer working on a desktop or have one main device.
IMAP - Stores email on the client server, allowing you to access them from any device, including phones, laptops, and tablets. Emails are not downloaded until you click on a message, also attachments are not automatically downloaded, which lets you check messages quickly from any device. replies to emails can also be stored on the server which can then be viewed from any device. Great if you wish to keep track of emails on multiple devices.
DRA supplies Standard POP accounts free of charge. Additional charges may be made depending on the level of support required.
We can setup and install Google Mail, Microsoft Outlook 365 and other third party email account services at an additional charge for this setup and installation along with the third party fees that may be due monthly, quarterly or yearly.
